Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we offer pan-India shipping through trusted courier partners like Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, XpressBees, Ekart, Amazon, and Shadowfax.

2. Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed in 1–2 days and delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

4. How do I track my order?

Tracking details are shared via email and SMS as soon as your order is shipped.

5. What if my order is delayed?

Delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or high demand. If your order is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact our support team.

Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, net banking, and COD (Cash on Delivery).

2. Is there any extra charge for COD?

No, we do not charge any extra fee for COD orders.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?

You can return any item within 7 days of delivery. An unboxing video is required to process the return. Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.

2. Can I exchange a product?

Exchanges are allowed only for wrong or damaged items, and require an unboxing video as proof.

3. How do I get a refund?

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method or bank account within 8–15 working days.
